With our expertise in newbuilding and steel construction, we carry out the production processes of floating dock projects fully integrated on the project site. For steel materials received already cut, we carry out pre-fabrication, panel fabrication, block fabrication and slipway (erection) assembly with high precision, in exact accordance with the shipyard's work schedule.
At every stage of on-site fabrication and assembly of the integral tanks, shell structures and outfitting steelwork, we apply dimensional and welding quality controls to international standards, and we guarantee that watertightness tests are fully completed before project delivery.
Building on this operational strength in the field, under the projects we have successfully carried out at HAT-SAN Gemi İnşa Bakım Onarım Deniz Nakliyat San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we have completed a total of 6,000 tons of steel construction and 100 tons of outfitting fabrication, together with on-site assembly.
